Theme - 'Inspired by 'Ori'
Presenting an eclectic mix of carefully selected art pieces influenced by Yoruba Arts and Culture in its traditional and contemporary Art forms.
Exploring the Yoruba traditional belief of 'Ori' in Art form.The exhibition will feature art pieces inspired by 'Ori'.
There will be workshops, talks and discussions from guest speakers and presenters on Yoruba Arts and Culture and its influence around the world.
The Exhibition will also feature an EWI / ORIKI recitals on Ori, which will showcase the rich and vibrant Yoruba language in Poetry and Literature.
We will be engaging local schools and community groups to participate in the exhibition through discussions, workshops, creative production in visual, performances and aesthetic art forms.
Entry is free to the public during exhibition opening times.
